Delete your account

For the Tooly Dooly app (com.matt_moonello.toolydooly)

You can delete your Tooly Dooly account and its data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Tooly Dooly and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account… and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.

By email

No longer have the app installed? Email hello@toolydooly.app with the subject “Delete my account” from the address you signed in with, and we’ll complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in (name, email).
• Your solo lists and everything on them — deleted for good.
• Photos you’ve added.
• Your device’s push notification tokens.

What’s kept

• Shared lists keep going. Lists you share hand off to someone else on them, so your household doesn’t lose its groceries — but the lists are no longer tied to you.
• Anonymous usage statistics that were never linked to your list contents.
